A clean schedule before the doors open.
Busy schedules mean coverage problems turn up at the worst moment. Verinight is being built to check booked patients overnight and leave your front desk a short list to work from.

Sample screen, made-up patients
Coverage changes
Patients whose plan ended or switched since their last visit.
Wrong payer on file
Flags when the insurer you have may not be the active one.
Copays and deductibles
What each patient is likely to owe for the visit.
Faster check-in
Your team only stops for the few patients who need a call.
It runs while the office is closed.
You won't need to change how you schedule. Verinight is designed to read tomorrow's appointments, check each patient's insurance overnight, and hand your front desk only the patients who need attention.
- 1
After you close
Checks every patient on tomorrow's schedule: active coverage, copay, deductible left, visits used and whether an authorization may be needed.
- 2
Before you open
A short call list is waiting: who to call, why, and what to say. Everyone else is marked clear.
- 3
At check-in
Each patient gets an estimate of what they'll owe, so you collect at the desk instead of sending a bill later.

Every Monday
A one-page report: problems caught before the visit and the hours your team didn't spend on hold. You can see whether it pays for itself.
No patient data to sign up.
Joining the pilot list only takes your clinic's details. Patient data would only come into it during a pilot, once we've agreed how it's handled.
Keep your current software.
Verinight is being designed to work alongside the EHR or practice software you already use, not to replace it.
Pilot pricing from $179/mo.
A flat monthly price per clinic for pilot clinics. No setup fee and no long contract.
Straight answers.
Is Verinight available now?
Not yet. We're building it and choosing a small group of US clinics to pilot it with. Joining the list puts you first in line, and you can tell us what matters most to your front desk.
What would it check?
For each patient on tomorrow's schedule: whether coverage is active, the copay, how much deductible is left, visits used against the plan's limit, and flags where an authorization may be needed. What's available depends on each insurer's response.
Do we need to change our EHR or scheduling?
No. The goal is to work from the schedule you already keep and deliver a call list your team can act on.
What will it cost?
Pilot pricing is expected to start from $179 a month per clinic. We'll confirm the price for your clinic before anything starts. There's nothing to pay to join the list.
Who's behind it?
Clarford is a small team building software for clinic front desks. Write to hello@clarford.com and a person will answer.
What do you do with the details I send?
We only use them to contact you about the pilot. We never sell them. See our privacy policy.
